Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase. Certain products such as desktops, flat panels, notebooks, servers, workstations, and items won from bids have a 30-day warranty. Laptops won from bids have a 5-day DOA battery warranty.

  • A replacement product will be shipped to the customer after the defective product has been received, tested and verified. If no replacement part is available then an account credit or refund will be issued. NO CASH REFUNDS.
    • Defective/damaged products will be tested and verified. In the event that testing is unable to verify the reason for return, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • In the event the wrong product was ordered a 20% restocking fee is applicable and shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Before returning any item back to NCS a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by completing and submitting an RMA request form.
      • To obtain a form please call (603) 926-4300 and request the RMA department or email your request to rma@ncsglobalinc.com.
      • RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they are issued. RMAs received after that time will be refused. RMAs not received back within 30 days of RMA number issuance will be voided and no refund will be given.
      • The RMA number must be referenced in a visible location on the return box or the return shipping label.
      • It is recommended that you ship your returned product(s) using a carrier that has tracking capabilities. NCS is not responsible for shipments where the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
      • The customer is responsible for freight expenses on the return of all products back to NCS. No COD or collect shipments will be accepted. Shipments arriving at NCS with charges due will be returned un-repaired with all charges, including return shipping costs, due and payable by the originator.
      • NCS is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. It is recommended that freight insurance is purchased for shipments.
      • Use original packaging when possible.
      • Enclose each motherboard, graphics card, and optical drive in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) bag.
      • Warranty is void if any seal or label has been removed or damaged.
      • If product is under warranty, NCS will cover shipment costs for the repair/replacement product returned via UPS or FedEx Ground service. International replacements will be shipped via WPS Worldwide Expedited.
      • If the RMA is for multiple units, NCS may return these units in separate shipments as repaired units become available.

NCS reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior written notification to its customers.
